Brendan Adams is only 14, and he’s already 7 foot 5 inches — making him the world’s tallest teen, according to Guinness World Records. He’s always towered over his classmates, and now he’s finally gotten medical clearance to join them on the football field. Brendan, who lives near Seattle, has a body full of tumors, bad arthritis, and a heart arrhythmia, so it’s been a struggle to get there. -Zimbio
