Titans defensive lineman Shaun Smith took some time off the field yesterday to teach hot yoga — I posted the flier yesterday, but today I have pics — The football star taught two classes at Hot Yoga Plus in Nashville and proceeds from the class went directly to his foundation called “91 Ways”, which helps inner-city youth and funds supplies for community classrooms — Always funny to envision a D-Lineman doing Yoga.
