Arizona Sheriff Ready & Willing to Punish Mike Tyson

Iron Mike Tyson is getting no sympathy from the toughest law man in the county — because Sheriff Joe Arpaio claims Tyson will feel some serious heat — literally — if a judge decides his L.A. arrest violates the terms of his probation from a previous DUI and cocaine conviction in Arizona. Sheriff Joe — who oversees the famous Tent City jail in Maricopa County, Arizona — tells TMZ: “Mike Tyson has served time in the Tents before and if he is violated on the terms of his probation here in Arizona, he better get his jail time done while the weather in Phoenix is cool and not 140 degrees in the summer time.” Tyson spent one day in Tent City back in 2007 — he was required to wear the jail-issued pink underwear and a black-and-white striped jumpsuit.-TMZ

The toughest lawman in the country requires his prisoners to wear jail-issued pink underwear..Sounds pretty gay. -TO

Tyson, Holyfield to meet on Oprah’s Show

I love ear T, tastes like chicken

(AP) Boxing rivals Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield are to meet again – and this time Oprah will referee. Harpo Productions announced Wednesday the two fighters would appear on Friday’s live episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” from Chicago. On June 28, 1997, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Tyson was disqualified after biting off part of Holyfield’s right ear during their WBA heavyweight title fight. Winfrey aired an interview with Tyson on Monday during which he discussed the death of his 4-year-old daughter and talked about his family. Harpo Productions says Tyson will take questions from the audience on Friday.

Jamie Foxx will always have a knack for the funny, as we see in his Mike Tyson impression at the top of the below video. He’s completely serious about what his plans are for the headline-grabbing boxer however. Foxx plans to do with Tyson what he previously did with singer Ray Charles in “Ray,” which is to say give movie-going audiences a new perspective on a public figure who is equal parts famous and infamous. What’s more, Foxx revealed exclusively to MTV News that he’s bringing more than just his acting chops over from “Ray,” a performance which netted the actor his first Academy Award. – MTV News

Mike Tyson A DWTS Contender?

Terez, meet my dance instructors..They are real professionals..

Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson may be light on his feet in the boxing ring but would he give up the gloves for dancing shoes if it meant he could appear on Dancing With The Stars? While promoting his documentary Tyson DVD on The Tonight Show With Conan O’Brien Thursday night, Tyson admitted his wife has insisted he join Dancing With The Stars.  According to Tyson, he bragged to his wife on his popularity for possible contenders for the show.  “You know.  I’m the most voted person that they want to see on Dancing With The Stars.”

After hearing this, his wife, a DWTS fan, tried to convince the boxer to join the cast.  “I’m not doing it.  Are you crazy? “But can you dance?” Conan

replied.  “I’m not a great dancer but I will dance in a dancing environment” said Iron Mike.  “You have an orchestra here, so….”  Conan and the audience took it to mean he’d dance for them but when the band started playing  – only Conan took up the challenge and strutted his moves.  As they often do in sports, he faked us out. We still hold out hope Tyson will change his mind and join a future season of Dancing With The Stars which should make for a real ear biter. -Radar Online

Mike Tyson Now Cutting Hair For The Jonas Brothers

Yo T, I love the Jonas Brothers..They are like sons to me...

Mike Tyson’s been hanging out with teen-pop sensations, the Jonas Brothers! No, this isn’t an episode from South Park, but the whole situation is pretty eerie and confusing why The Jonas Brothers would even allow Mike Tyson around them. Let alone the fact that Joe Jonas would allow the ex-con/heavyweight champ to handle scissors near him is beyond me. The gag is actually a clip from the Teen Choice Awards, yet another award show no one over the age of 13 watches. – Total Pro Sports
