Sunday proved to be a night of historic highs for a trio of cablers. E! saw a boffo turnout of 4.1 million for the fourth-season bow of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians. For E!, the “Kardashians” essentially tied the high-water mark set in 2002 by an Anna Nicole Smith special, which garnered 8,000 more viewers. “Kardashians” preem, which about doubled last season’s first episode, also set an E! record for delivery in the 18-49 demo (2.8 rating) and in women 18-34 (5.6). -Variety

Lakers Ron Artest: Jimmy Kimmel didn’t know about half-naked appearance

Lakers star Ron Artest said Monday’s stunt (his half-naked appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s show Monday night, when he wore only a pair of shorts) was unscripted. Then he said he had been thinking about it for a couple days. He also said Kimmel had no advance notice he would appear on the show carrying his pants and shirt in his hands. “He was shocked,” Artest said. “He didn’t know. I came out there and I did 50 push-ups. I came out all pumped up. I gave him five and a hug. I’ve been working on my muscles. I felt real comfortable taking my shirt off.” – LA Daily News

Lakers Odom and Bynum Both Pulled Over on the 405

Terez, the pigs can't touch us...We're Lakers dude..

The Los Angeles Lakers seem to be having trouble on the road. Two of the team’s stars were nailed on one of L.A.’s most famous freeways recently for breaking some driving laws. TMZ has learned Lamar Odom and Andrew Bynum were each pulled over on the 405 freeway in the last few days.  Odom was popped for speeding — law enforcement sources tell us he was going more than 80 miles per hour.  Bynum was busted for shadier circumstances — cops say he had illegally tinted windows on his Mercedes Benz.  Fun Fact: In the State of California, it’s illegal to have ANY aftermarket tinting applied to the front driver’s side and passenger windows in your car … who knew?! -TMZ

Kobe and Lamar’s Wives Get into a Fight

Terez, I pray the big bitch dies...

MediaTakeOut.com just heard a rumor that last week, during a Laker game, Kobe’s wife Vanessa Bryant was ready to WHOOP Khloe Kardashian’s azz for talking RECKLESS!!!
Apparently Vanessa came to the game with some of her bodyguards, and Khloe tried making some slick comments about her. Here’s how the Chicago Sun Times is reporting it:

One nearby observer claims both Khloe and Kris voiced snide comments about Laker wives. Kardashian supposedly was irked seeing Kobe Bryant’s wife, Vanessa, accompanied by bodyguards as she went to the ladies room.

When Bryant heard about the complaint, she reportedly just rolled her eyes and added her own ‘’stage whisper” to the chorus of Laker wives’ comments.

Next time we hope Vanessa goes EAST L.A. on Khloe and her reckless mouth… -Media Takeout

Now I would pay to see a celebrity boxing match with these two..My money would be on Khloe, because she is flat out a beast. -TO
