Jamie McCourt’s Having a Very Busy Offseason With Her Driver

Jamie McCourt’s new man really knows how to get her motor runnin’ — literally and figuratively — because this weekend, she was still using Jeff Fuller to drive her around town. We got the estranged wife of Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt leaving Philippe Chow last night with a group of her lady friends. The only guy in the picture: Fuller, who took the wheel when it was time to head out. As TMZ previously reported, Frank fired Jamie from her job as CEO of the Dodgers after he found out about her relationship with Jeff — citing an “inappropriate relationship with a subordinate employee” … i.e. Jeff. -TMZ

Jamie McCourt lining up investors to gain sole control of Dodgers

Dodgers owner Frank McCourt has fired his estranged wife, Jamie, from her position as the team’s chief executive, triggering what her attorney said would be an imminent legal response. While Frank McCourt is pressing ahead with the business of the team, including Tuesday’s announcement of a long-term contract extension for General Manager Ned Colletti, Jamie McCourt is believed to be lining up investors for a possible effort to buy her husband out and gain sole control of the team. In addition, she was believed to have started calling prominent baseball figures, with the intention of arranging meetings to discuss the direction of the team. Los Angeles Times

Dodgers Fans Fight With Cardinals Chick on Top Deck

Title says it all. It was a game in Los Angeles with the Dodgers hosting the St Louis Cardinals in Game 1. This hot girlfriend of a St Louis-based Johnny Knoxville look-alike went mental… double smacking a heckler, and spilling beer on everybody nearby… All the while, letting us admire her magnificent… baseballs.

Terez, I've known manny for a long time..He looks but never touches..He's no cheater..

Manny Ramirez wasn’t welcomed back with open arms by everyone at Petco Park. There was a particularly strong voice of dissent in the San Diego Padres’ clubhouse, that of pitcher Chris Young. Young said Sunday that he “absolutely” considered Ramirez a cheater. “How else can you view it?” Young asked. “There’s no black and white.” Young, who is on the disabled list, said he was particularly disappointed with the ovations Ramirez received over the weekend. “I think it sends the wrong message to kids,” Young said. “Juan Pierre should be the one getting those ovations, in my opinion.” – LA Times

Manny Struggles in Return from 50 Game Suspension

T, i loved the rest..best vacay of my life..

Manny Ramirez is back in the big leagues, looking like a guy who missed 50 games. Returning from his suspension for violating baseball’s drug policy, the Los Angeles slugger barely hit the ball out of the infield in the Dodgers’ 6-3 win over the San Diego Padres on Friday night. He did provide a lot of energy to the team with baseball’s best record.
