One of our sources has given us the scoop on what’s really going on with the Kardashian and Odom so-called “marriage” and let’s just say we were not surprised at least one bit. Our source tells us that everything is not happy and copacetic at the Kardashian and Odom house and that these two are headed for divorce. Honestly, this is really not a surprise, which is why we called this relationship F.O.S. (Full of Sh*t)!!! Our source couldn’t confirm exactly why these two are getting a divorce but we really can come up with our own answer on this one. If Lamar wanted to give all his money away… he didn’t have to get married to do it. Sounds like there may be some blackmail or secrets going on, what do ya’ll think??? -Bossip

Shaquille O’Neal’s Wife Shaunie Files for Separation

When it comes to marriage, Shaquille O’Neal has thrown a brick. Wife Va’shaundya has filed for legal separation in Los Angeles from the 37-year-old basketball star, court papers show. In papers filed Monday, Va’shaundya O’Neal cites irreconcilable differences for the break in their seven-year marriage, and is seeking sole custody of their four minor children, ages 3 to 9, with visitation for O’Neal. She’s also asking for an unspecified amount of money for child support. She said she will eventually seek a divorce.  It’s the second split for the pair. Shaq filed for divorce in 2007 in Miami-Dade County in Florida, but the two later reconciled, after a bitter dispute over whether or not he was hiding money from her. There is a prenuptial agreement in place. Further complicating matters is his wife’s claims of residency in California, which has a more generous community-property divorce law than Florida. She reportedly flew out to L.A. recently, and claimed herself a resident of California on Nov. 8, a day before the separation papers were filed.  A lawyer for Va’shaundya and a rep for O’Neal weren’t immediately available for comment. -People

Greg Norman’s ex-wife to end up with $103 million

Double bogey for Jupiter Island golfer Greg Norman! Not only is he dealing with his separation from new wife Chris Evert, the Boca Raton-based former tennis star, but now he’s got a ticked off ex-wife to deal with. Palm Beacher Laura Andrassy says the Great White Shark stiffed her in his yearly payment of their divorce settlement. She contends in new paperwork filed in the Martin County courthouse in Stuart that his $2 million wire transfer to her June 15 was about $72,000 short. She asked a judge to force Norman to pay up, or order arbitration. According to their contract, the ex-missus, a former flight attendant, will be $103 million richer by 2023 as a result of the agreement they signed when they were divorced two years ago. So, what’s $72,000? “It’s a substantial sum of money,” said Andrassy’s lawyer in West Palm Beach, Jack Scarola. “I have no desire to annoy Mr. Norman. But he has an obligation to meet his contractual commitments. If someone owes $72,000, just pay up.” – Palm Beach Post

Jayson Williams’ spiral traced to sisters’ deaths

Terez, I miss my sis so much..

It was reported last week on former bas ketball star Jayson Williams’ problems — personal problems, money problems, drinking problems, court problems, professional problems. Somebody suggested his spiral began when, due to needle sharing, he lost two sisters to AIDS. Angry, feeling orphaned, he never dealt with it. He runs from anything painful. Turning all his hurts inside, he masks the demons with bad stuff. Possibly even the wife and kids he loved may scare him emotionally because, having lost his sisters, he’s afraid of losing them, too. There seems agreement with his divorcing wife, Tanya, that he needs to be corralled to face what’s tearing at him. – NY Post

Frank McCourt Strikes Out Jamie McCourt in Court

Terez, Frank might have won the battle, but I'm going to win the war..

Frank McCourt will remain the sole CEO of the Los Angeles Dodgers — at least for now. A judge just shut down Jamie McCourt’s bid to be reinstated as co-CEO. And, in a scene straight out of “War of the Roses,” the judge ruled Frank gets exclusive rights to the family swimming pool in Holmby Hills between 6 AM and 2 PM. The judge also ruled …. Jamie gets exclusive use for now of the couple’s Malibu home, each gets 2 trips to their various homes to remove their valuables and neither one can remove the other’s name from their credit cards. Frank fired Jamie last month after the bitter split in a marriage that lasted nearly 30 years. -TMZ
