David Beckham is the latest to be caught breaking the California cellphone law. The 34-year old soccer legend was snapped texting on his cell phone, with no hands on the steering wheel, as he left soccer training Wednesday. Beckham was driving his custom designed Escalade from The LA Galaxy training grounds, but was too distracted to pay attention to the road. David Beckhams’ son Brooklyn is carving out a sporting name for himself… as an American footballer. The ten-year-old has been snapped up by Los Angeles Cougars after impressing coaches at his school. They described him as a “wonderkid” – a “natural thrower and hard tackler”. Proud mum Victoria now carries snaps of him in his Cougars kit wherever she goes. A family friend said: “The boy has just taken his natural sporting ability and adapted to America. “He can play in any position and can throw and tackle hard.
