Superbowl Nip Slip to be Revisited |
The U.S. Supreme Court revived the Federal Communications Commission’s effort to fine CBS Corp. for the half-second exposure of Janet Jackson’s breast during the 2004 Super Bowl, telling a lower court to reconsider the case. A Philadelphia-based federal appeals court had thrown out the $550,000 fine, saying the FCC violated a law governing administrative agencies with its crackdown on broadcast indecency. The Supreme Court last week reached the opposite conclusion in a case concerning on-air profanity. The Supreme Court action returns the dispute to the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, where CBS will have a chance to press other arguments. – Bloomberg
The FCC needs to get over this shit. Its 2009 and Janet’s Breasts must be sagging to her knees at this point. -TO

I hope she doesn't do the same thing as the last Mexican reporter did..."I showed up all hot and sexy, and those men just were nasty to me, when I went to see them naked in their locker room, where I didn't belong"
