Do you ship T-Shirts internationally?
Absolutely!  Although we don’t have it in our checkout process this can be done very easily. Please contact one of our customer service reps at info@terezowens.com and we will provide a shipping quote.

I ordered the wrong product/size can I exchange?
Yes, for sure, as long as the item was not worn. Please note the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.

How should I wash my T-Shirt?
The best way to wash your shirt is inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. For maximum longevity, do not tumble dry (or dry clean). Instead, hang to dry. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the screen printed image.

Do you hire graphic designers?
Sorry, we do not hire graphic designers, we have a designer that’s works with us when we need work done. Keep in mind most of these designs are from the customer so keep sending in your designs and win the monthly contest.

Who prints your T-Shirts?
Terez Owens has a partnership with  www.customswag.ca they do awesome work.

Can my order be on back order?
Yes, it’s possible but we always have stock on hand. We will notify you if your order is backed up.

How come you don’t have a phone number listed?
In order to keep our t-shirt pricing down we opted not to set up a phone line. However if you need to talk to us please send us an e-mail with your phone number and we will get in touch with you.
