Randy Moss has been a no show at the 49ers’ voluntary offseason conditioning program that began Monday. But Moss’ delayed arrival was expected. “Randy’s not in and that was something discussed with Randy when we made the arrangement and signed him,” the 49ers said at the end of Wednesday morning’s pre-draft press conference. “That is not unexpected by any stretch.” Now I know why — Moss has been busy hooping it up instead. The charity basketball game was to benefit the Rubinstein Juvenile Center in West Virginia — At least he’s keeping active. -TO
