This off-season the NBA has cracked down on technical fouls..The league’s front office has given their referees the whistle and instructed them to blow it and blow it often…and they made one more little rule…NBA coaches must wear collars..One coach in particular will be affected greatly by this new rule..SVG…Stan the Man Van Gundy…Stan loves rocking the collarless shirt with the blazer..a look very few can pull off..”I want them to at least name the rule after me,” Van Gundy said. “Somebody has their Bird rights.
