The most decorated Olympian of all time Michael Phelps has split from his girlfriend Megan Rossee. The 27-year-old ended his relationship with the Los Angeles-based  model and actress because he reportedly felt it was ‘not going anywhere according to TMZ. Interestingly enough, the two were spotted at the Baltimore aquarium just a few days ago. So I’m not so sure these two are officially done.-TO
