Marcus Jordan will not be participating in the 2012-2013 season

I got my whole life ahead of me T..

Michael Jordan’s son Marcus will no longer be following in his father’s footsteps. Here’s what our source tells us about Marcus’ basketball future “I had a conversation with one of the basketball players at UCF (needless to say he is informed) and he said as of now, it is expected that Marcus will not be playing next season as he wishes to pursue a career of his own. If he does play it will be as a walk on and not on scholarship” says our source — Marcus is definitely an above average hooper, but his NBA dreams may not have ever materialized. I think he’s smart to begin the next phase of his life sooner rather than later. Either way, he’s the heir to the G.O.A.T.’s fortune. -TO

As a UCF Alumnus, I should make it clear that as a returning Senior at UCF, Marcus Jordan will be playing next year for UCF. At the very least, he will be finishing his college education. He is a bright, charming young man and he is a good student; I would imagine his family and himself included would think it a shame to drop out of college after 3 years. UCF loves Marcus, I’m confident he will be back and better than ever and I will be proud to see him graduate as a UCF Knight.

Anthony knight guess your eating those words right now. Your gay ass love for Marcus Jordan in all, he decided not to play this year, bc let’s face it; He was not an above average “Hooper” for college division I basketball like the writer of this gossip says. He was just average at best and never really had a chance or the skills to play elite basketball. If Marcus would have went pro if he was even lucky enough to be drafted he prob wouldnt have seen playing time till his 4 or 5 season. He grew up with a silver spoon, no matter what his dad taught him or practiced with him, he never would have had the sheer determination or competivness that it takes to be pro, or a winner. You can’t teach heart or will and the fact that he grew up “made” he never had to face down defeat or struggle and those are the adversities that truely make a great athlete. Look how many times duke has been to the final four or won championships, then look at how many players went pro, then compare that to how many of them became stars, or all time greats. There really isn’t many, bc those players mostly come from wealthy, stabilized families and most of the all time greats either came from rough backgrounds or hard working middle class families, and that big difference in up bringing has some sort of affect on players drive.

Your “source” is an internet message board that focuses on all college teams, by conference, in the c-usa forum, I’d post a link but 99% of your readers probably already can find it.

Way to give credit where it’s due and claim “you were told”
