Soccer star Landon Donovan is selling his Manhattan Beach compound for $4.295M. The compound, which was featured on “MTV Cribs” awhile back, consists of two separate houses on adjoining lots. Donovan had the main house customized by Moloney Development in 2007 and later added a second structure when he bought the lot next door. He lived there with his former wife, Bianca Kajlich, the “Rules of Engagement” sitcom star to whom he was married from 2006 until their divorce in 2010. Rumors are swirling he’s heading back to the English Premier League. If the rumors are true, it would make sense why he wouldn’t need a California beach house anymore.
