Kobe Claims He Didn’t Even Know Who Michael Jordan Was

Why is it so hard to believe that Kobe did not know Jordan until he was 13. I for one did not even notice Jordan while he is still playing. to me he was just another player good players that have gone to oblivion. I watch and read in papers about basketball since the sixties. Who I really knew by heart are Jerry West, Magic Johnson Larry Bird Lew Alcindor later known as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar etc. I just came to notice him when the media suddenly put his name in the paper when he was through or almost through playing. Where the hype started, and ever body is picking it up glamorizing an making so big that most people started believing in it.
