Things are starting to heat up between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. The Brooklyn Nets big man isn’t backing down from the Evil Empire in the courtroom. Here’s the scoop via Us Magazine, “Kris Humphries, through his attorney, complained that his estranged wife Kim Kardashian’s surprise pregnancy has put an unfair bias on the legal proceedings. “What is really going on here is that an ‘urgency’ in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial.” Let’s hope this trial somehow ends up being televised.-TO
