Hmmm. lots of cash must mean he won. derp derp. Also that’s no where near 3 Million. Those are ‘presumably’ full stacks of $100 which is $10K per stack and banded into 5 per stack which is 50K per bundle. There are 8 clearly defined bundles and whatever is in that dudes hat(which looks like a 10K bundle from the furthest stack). So 8 X $50K = $200K which is about 2.8Million dollars short… dumbest part is a 3 million dollar bet better at least yield more than $3 million. So unless he placed a $3M bet to win $200K something(other than PBFs brains) seems to be amiss here…

        $1000 bills are not in circulation… they are basically just passed between banks.

        Well again you have your facts wrong. The $1000 bill has never been taken out of circulation by a presidential order and just like a $1 bill from 1945 they are still legal tender. However since they are worth $15K+ it would be crazy to spend one but that is not the point, the point is that unlike unicorns, leprechauns and fairies they do exist and were sent to banks until 1969 and used as legal tender by the public.
        
        The $100,000 bill is the one that was only used between Federal reserve banks.
