Gossip Extra reports- Team President Pat Riley was scheduled to be deposed in preparation for guard Dwyane Wade’s post-divorce trial in a Coral Gables law office tomorrow – smack dab in the middle of the NBA Finals. Today, however, it appears Riley dodged the bullet: Wade’s lawyers managed to have the deposition, which could last several hours, postponed until after the Finals. Lets hope this is the only win the Heat get today.-TO

Here’s the scoop via Gossip Extra, “The Miami Heat and team president Pat Riley are ducking a process server who works for star guard Dwyane Wade‘s ex-wife, according to a court filing in Miami-Dade County. “Florida law says that an employer needs to make an employee available for service,” Macci said. “I guess the Miami Heat and Pat Riley are above the law.” Typical Miami Heat, always thinking they’re untouchable.-TO

It has 4 beds, 2 baths, and 1,386 sq ft. When he rents the home out, he won’t be going too far. He owns an even more pimp place just two doors down that he paid $7m for in 2007.
