Who needs Orlando when you live in Southern California — DeAndre Jordan opted out of the NBA Slam Dunk Contest at All-Star Weekend, but Jordan said he’d rather spend the time at home. Jordan said that the league had spoken to his agent about him competing, but he wasn’t interested. “Maybe if I was playing in the game,” he said. Instead, Jordan is doing some shopping at the Grove this weekend. He better rest those legs, Lob City needs a strong effort out of him for the stretch run.  -TO
