Check this weird story — According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, “police are investigating a robbery in the Downtown hotel room of Cincinnati Reds pitcher Aroldis Chapman ….the woman, a 26-year-old from Silver Spring, Md., was in Chapman’s room while he was at Tuesday’s Reds-Pirates game.. The woman opened the door and the robber entered and demanded various items from the room, police said. When the woman refused, she said, he tied her up and took jewelry, clothing, a computer, credit cards and ID cards” — Maybe it was an inside job? The first thing I would do is question Hotel staff and security. -TO

No one has ever mistaken Peter Rose for being classy…Charlie Hustle showed up yesterday to opening day wearing a mish mosh of colors and decades…His ensemble with the glasses did remind me of another very famous entertainer…Sir Elton John..I feel bad throwing Elton under the bus like this, but I call em how I see em…Sorry Rocket Man. Pete did watch one hell of a game as the Reds won on a walk off. “I’ve played 12 years, and this is the most amazing Opening Day,” said Hernandez, who ended the game with his fourth hit. “To get that type of win is great, and to do it on a day like today gets people even more excited.
