James Stewart was arrested March 28th for impersonating a police officer. According to various reports, the Supercross star was apprehended at the Orlando International Airport by an Orange County deputy and Orlando police officer. A second man, Jehrrod Quinault, was also arrested with Stewart…The arrest stemmed from an incident a few days prior when Stewart and his passenger attempted to stop a vehicle by using “red and blue police-type lights” in his Toyota Tundra pickup. When they pulled over the car, they soon found out the car was being driven by an off-duty Florida Highway Patrol trooper and an Osceola County deputy…I’m sorry, but that is hilarious…Joke’s on him. -TO

Former Washington Nationals player Elijah Dukes was arrested yesterday on a charge of aggravated battery.According to a Hillsborough Sheriff’s report, the victim was a pregnant woman staying with Dukes..According to the report, she and Dukes got into an argument and he backhanded her several times…Dukes went running home to mommies house in Tampa where he was later arrested..Dukes is being charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant female…Big time scumbag…Here’s Elijah rapping about some nonsense…-TO

Is Spring training becoming a training ground for drinking competitions…A’s outfielder CoCo Crisp has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, the third major league player to be charged with DUI during spring training…Coco was arrested early this morning in Scottsdale…He was released from jail and actually suited up for the A’s exhibition game against the Indians…Maybe splurging a little to hire a driver would make the most sense…this is getting ridiculous. -TO

Austin Kearns is a middle of the road player…but apparently he can’t keep his uninsured ass in the middle of a lane…Cleveland Indians outfielder Austin Kearns is scheduled to appear in Court on March 10th after he was charged with driving under the influence last month…The report goes Kearns was caught driving down an emergency lane without headlights and was weaving on the road.. Kearns refused to take sobriety tests, the report says. He later refused to take a breath test to measure blood-alcohol level…Kearns also is charged with failure to maintain required insurance…It’s amazing to think he makes 1.3 mill a year and he can’t keep his insurance current…-TO

Miguel Cabrera is a great baseball player who has a disease…He’s an alcoholic which causes him a lot of problems..His latest arrest happened late last night….The incident began after authorities found a vehicle smoking from the engine compartment on the side of the road…Cabrera made reference to another person, who was not on the scene, saying “I’m going to fuc*ing kill him.” Then he played the “do you know who I am?” which didn’t work…Here’s some more details…”A deputy reported Cabrera was put in handcuffs after not following orders. Cabrera also “kept running out in the road with his hands up.”A deputy asked Cabrera to get in his patrol vehicle, and he said, “(Expletive) you.”Miguel Cabrera pushed off a vehicle into a deputy, who “delivered 3-4 knee spikes” into Cabrera’s left thigh.The police report described Cabrera as “belligerent, cocky, combative and argumentative.” He was charged with resisting an officer without violence.” Cabrera refused a breath test…The Tigers are screwed…-TO

Houston Astros right-hander Cesar Carrillo is facing trespassing charges after an incident at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the 26-year-old ballplayer was given a warning prior to the arrest around 3 a.m. Saturday. Carrillo was released from the county jail hours later after paying the $500 bond. The casino and Astros had no immediate statements on the incident…The dude looks flat out wasted..just imagine how messed he was at the Casino. -TO

A little known fact about Jose Canseco is that he’s a twin..Today, a lot more people will know this fact..According to The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Osvaldo(Ozzie) was arrested at Dale Mabry and Colby Road at 2:13 a.m. His blood alcohol level scored between .109 and .108, well above the .08 legal limit, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Canseco’s bro had a brief career in major league baseball and a long career in the minors and independent leagues, from 1983-2001 both as a pitcher and position player..I would say Ozzie tarnished the family name..but that’s pretty hard to do when your last name is Canseco. -TO
