Anthony bought the house back in 2007 for $12 million when he was playing for the Denver Nuggets, and he listed it in June of 2010 for $9.5 million. It sat on the market for a year before selling it this week for $6.2 million – a nearly $6 million loss. Here’s what my Trulia Real Estate expert tells me, “For $6.2 million, the buyer got a lot for his money.
