Pretty close on the Hugh Grant similiarity (I know there’s a Hooker and Slicer joke in there somewhere) but Dill Pickleson’s real look-a-like is Sarah Ferguson, AKA The Duchess of Pork.
The similiarities are uncanny, right down to the cleavage.
