The Minnesota Vikings running back and fantasy beast has gone to Twitter to defend himself after being arrested over the weekend –“A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on,” he wrote on his personal Twitter account. Peterson also urged fans to wait to pass judgment, a fair request, “Thank you for waiting for the facts. Truth will surface.” It’s hard not to believe AD.
