Jim Bowden  stepped down as GM of the Washington Nationals Sunday morning after four seasons, leaving under the cloud of of a federal investigation into the skimming of signing bonuses given to Latin American prospects. It looks like Jimmy got caught with his hand in the cookie jar again, like the time he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after allegedly running a stop sign while in Florida. Seems like a nice guy. -TO
