Alex Rodriguez is a slugger..He’s on pace to become the Major League’s all time Home Run leader..he’s always hit for a pretty good average..but I myself have never thought of him as a complete hitter..and let’s be honest..the dude did steroids for years which resulted in inflated statistics that will forever be accompanied by an asterisk..So when I heard A-Rod just released his own Instructional Hitting DVD, I was a little perplexed..He doesn’t need the money, and he sure as hell doesn’t care about helping future generations of kids get better at baseball…so my only conclusion was this..He owes the Yankee’s hitting coach Kevin Long a favor..If you decide to buy the video you will see “exclusive interviews and video of A-Rod’s hitting routine and workout with New York Yankee’s hitting coach Kevin Long. Bengals-Patriots game in Week 1 is one of CBS’s featured games of the first week of the NFL season..So yesterday at Paul Brown Stadium the Cincinnati Enquirer did a cover shoot for their special NFL Preview section which will run the week of Sept. 5…and who better to get people excited about football in Ohio than Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco..a.k.a. Batman and Robin..I hope things were out for these two, or else they might just get renamed

Oh my God T..did I win..wow..I guess blackmail worked again..

Blackmail Ale, accompanied by a photo of Karen Sypher, has won a blue ribbon at this year’s Kentucky State Fair..It won first place in the humor/satirical division category..Earlier this month Pitino’s blackmail betty Sypher was convicted of extortion, lying to the Feds and retaliating against a witness..Three strikes and you’re out..Of course all of this could have been avoided if she didn’t have sex with legendary basketball coach ..at least she walked away with something..albeit a beer named after her called Blackmail Ale..-TO

Tennis player Serena Williams, actor Bradley Cooper, tennis player Maria Sharapova, New York Tennis League player Sami Ahmad, announcer John McEnroe and tennis player Roger Federer attend the Nike Tennis Primetime Knockout event at Pier 54…Also in attendance were New York Giant Justin Tuck, tennis players Victoria Azarenka, Rafael Nadal and model Bar Refaeli..After checking out this event I learned a few things..Bradley Cooper actually looks like a real Tennis player… and a Football player swinging a tennis racket is just awkward..Tuck is pretty much the biggest dude I’ve ever seen swing a racket..Pretty cool event leading up to the US open..Peep the gallery below to check out the rest of the pics..including Bar Refaeli..-TO

They're GRRRREEEEEATTTT Terez...

Chad Ochocinco loves celebrity..He craves fame more than touchdowns which is ironic because it’s his touchdowns that have brought him fame..He has his own VH1 show and according to various reports Chad’s going to be appearing in another VH1 reality show..so what’s next for Chad..His own cereal..PBL Sports is working with Chad to deliver the public his own brand of breakfast food.. “Chad is a great personality, and with his involvement in social media and his interaction with the fans, he was an athlete that we were very excited to work with,” said PLB Sports President Ty Ballou. “One way or another, America has learned and is continuing to learn more about Chad Ochocinco off the field, and they’re finding out how great he is. Who wouldn’t want to share a breakfast table with him?” The cereal will officially be released on September 7th at the Kroger Marketplace store in Newport, KY, and online at PLBSports..I’ll stick with Wheaties..-TO

Tiger and Elin are officially divorced…So Rachel Uchitel hangs out on the beach in bikini waiting for her Tiger to call..My source at the Pasadena Recovery Center says Rachel is still madly in love with Tiger and pretty much would do about anything to get him back…including giving back the ten million she received to keep quiet..I don’t know..maybe she was appealing as side candy..but she’s no featured back in my eyes..Tiger can trade up and do a lot better than her..now that he’s officially back on the market..-TO
