Jul 27 2010	Delonte West Traded to Minnesota: T-Wolves to Buy Out Contract

T, I got to get to South Beach somehow..help me out..

Everyone’s favorite Mother Lover was just traded from the Cleveland Cavaliers..The Timberwolves shipped Ramon Sessions and Ryan Hollins to the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for Delonte West and Sebastian Telfair. The Timberwolves will “almost certainly” buy Delonte West out of the remaining $4.6 million on his contract for $500,000. The Wolves have until August 5 to make the move, and according to my sources they will most likely do so.. West will then become a free agent and should draw some interest from contending teams. He’s a versatile shooter and ball handler that fits nicely as one of the first guards off the bench on a good team..So I was thinking the Miami Heat would be a great fit..He knows the players pretty well..and he even knows one of the player Mother’s very well..Just imagine the time Delonte and Gloria could have if they take their talents to South Beach together..-TO

Randy Couture is an MMA legend..He also happens to be a former Marine..Randy was in the 101st Airborne from 1982 to 1988..So it gave Couture great pleasure to be able to screen his new movie The Expendables’ to those Marines stationed at the Camp Pendleton Marine Base in San Diego, Calif…Randy, Sly and crew worked the crowd..According to my sources, all the actors were more than happy to sign autographs and take pictures..They’re really pushing this movie hard..but they don’t have to with the cast that Sly assembled..sign me up for this one..To see the Video continue reading. -TO
