Sacramento Kings guard Tyreke Evans pleaded no contest Friday to reckless driving. Evans, 20, was ordered to serve three years’ informal probation and 80 hours of alternative sentencing, Sacramento County District Attorney Jan Scully said in a written announcement. His driver’s license also was suspended for 30 days, and he was ordered to participate in two California Highway Patrol Start Smart Driving programs, educational programs targeting teenage drivers. At least he has money to pay for a driver since the dude wont be behind the wheel for a min. -TO

I'm gonna sue the whole state of Cleveland T..

Matt Bellamy, the man who got kicked out of Progressive field for wearing a LeBron Miami jersey is considering legal action against the Cleveland Police..According to Bellamy, the police told him he was being ejected for his own safety..but then he says police pulled him into a small glass room outside of the park and screamed and swore at him and his girlfriend, asking her why she would come to the game with this “stupid (expletive) idiot wearing this (expletive) jersey? “I’ve been nationally humiliated and nobody, the cops, nobody was doing anything,” he said. “I was minding my own business. I’m an Indians fan. I was there to watch the Indians. I love the Browns and the Cavs. I’m an Ohio fan. I love them all to death. But every time we get a talent, we can’t hold onto him. Everyone is always looking for the next Michael Jordan..how about the next Danica Patrick..Ashley Freiberg is the heir apparent to Danica Patrick.. Freiberg (pronounced FRY-BERG) became the first female driver to win a BFGoodrich/Skip Barber National Series main event with an exciting victory on the 2.17-mile Thunderbolt circuit during the Grand-Am weekend at the southern New Jersey racing facility…The 18-year-old driver from Homer Glen, Ill., made Barber Series history earlier this year when she was the first women to capture a series championship, winning the Southern Regional title this winter…“I am very excited to return to the Star Mazda Series,” admitted Freiberg. “I have wanted to race with those cars again. After racing in the Barber national series this year, I hope to gain enough sponsorship to jump to Star Mazda in 2011. But this next race is big for me. I want to show that I belong at the next racing level. Winning on Sunday was a great thrill.
