Hulk Hogan is suing the maker of Cocoa Pebbles, accusing the company of using his image in commercials for the cereal. In the “Cocoa Smashdown” commercial, a cartoon character resembling Hogan easily beats Fred and Barney inside the ring…Then Bamm-Bamm steps in and pounds the blond-haired wrestler to the ground..the federal lawsuit states, “is shown humiliated and cracked into pieces with broken teeth, with the closing banner, ‘Little Pieces…BIG TASTE!’” and get this, the cartoon character goes by the name Hulk Boulder..pretty fishy..-TO

According to a Redondo Beach Police Dept spokesperson, San Diego Chargers safety Kevin Ellison was arrested today for possession of a controlled substance after police discovered 100 pills of the painkiller Vicodin..”He was arrested for speeding in a school zone and during a search of his car, 100 pills of Hydrocodone were found,” Sgt. Peter Grimm said..According to Grimm he was released on $10,000 bail..life’s so funny..one minute you’re speeding through a school zone and the next minute you’re busted with 100 pain pills…-TO
