They just did it — Nike has finally decided to give back the tapes they confiscated showing LeBron James getting dunked on by a college kid.

Nike henchmen took the tapes from two accredited journalists moments after Xavier’s Jordan Crawford threw it down on King James at his Nike sponsored summer skills camp earlier this month.

The decision to take the tapes ignited a huge controversy and speculation that the Swoosh didn’t want LeBron, a huge Nike spokesperson, to be seen in a bad light.

But now — 2 days after TMZ released the first copy of the dunk — Nike is finally doing the right thing. However, it’s unclear when they will hand the tapes back to the journalists. TMZ.com

We guess Katie Holmes is one of those celebrity moms who actually stays home with their kids. While husband Tom Cruise went partying Sunday night at Hyde in West Hollywood with David and Victoria Beckham, Holmes was nowhere to be seen. Our source said, “The three of them stayed until 3 a.m. dancing and having a blast. Victoria kept running up and requesting songs from the deejay while Tom was dancing.” The threesome had two of the club’s 10 banquettes “all to themselves,” said our snitch. – NY Post

Hey Fedor, you got any needles i can borrow

Affliction owner Tom Atencio is “moving forward” after he was forced to cancel the main event between Fedor Emelianenko and Josh Barnett at the upcoming Affliction: Trilogy mixed-martial-arts pay-per-view due to Barnett testing positive for steroids.

“As you probably can imagine, this has been a complete surprise to us,” Atencio said during a media conference call on Wednesday.

“When we spoke to the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC), this was not something that we were prepared for.”

According to Yahoo! Sports, Barnett on Wednesday wanted to keep quiet as he prepares an appeal, and had nothing bad to say about the testing procedure.

“It’s not a big conspiracy,” said Barnett, according to Yahoo!.

Barnett said he first got word of the results of his June 25 test on Tuesday night, and spoke with the commission about it on Wednesday.

“It’s as terrible a thing as can happen right now,” he told Yahoo!.

Barnett denied using steroids but said “I have a pretty good idea . . . I’m not really going to talk about it now.”

Like these guys don’t take steroids.. Has anybody looked at Brock Lesnar, he looks like  you would have to put a cheat code in to use him on street fighter-TO
